Since 2004, we have helped divers explore the best of Bali, from the USAT Liberty Wreck in Amed to manta encounters and fast drift dives around Nusa Penida. We operate two relaxed resorts so you can stay close to the water, enjoy fun dives, and train on PADI courses from Discover Scuba through to Divemaster. In Amed, our Jukung Dive resort sits near calm bays and easy shore reef entries that are perfect for learning, relaxed fun dives, sunrise dives, and night dives. With direct access to the USAT Liberty Wreck, Jemeluk, Bunutan, Seraya Secrets, and more, Amed is ideal for beginners, training courses, and underwater macro photography in a peaceful setting.
In Nusa Penida, our island resort places you close to Manta Point, Crystal Bay, Toyapakeh, SD, and PED, with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean and Mt.Agung, an in-house Sky Penida Restaurant for sunset dinners, and Sky Penida Spa for relaxing post dive treatments. Meet Richard! Our Penida Dive Centre and Resort Manager
Richard is originally from Manado, North Sulawesi, and began his diving journey in 2016 while working at Critters at Lembeh Resort. He originally started on the office and operations side of the dive industry, but quickly fell in love with the underwater world and decided to pursue diving professionally, and has never looked back. Now managing our Nusa Penida dive centre, Richard combines strong operational experience with a genuine passion for diving and the marine environment. He is often the main point of contact for guests during their stay, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly both in and out of the water, from dive planning to accommodation and daily logistics. He loves the dramatic landscapes, healthy coral reefs, and exciting currents around Nusa Penida, as well as encounters with manta rays and mola mola, and for him every dive around the island still feels like a new adventure.

Unlike standard travel insurance, DAN coverage is specifically designed for diving-related incidents, including hyperbaric treatment and emergency evacuation if required. DAN provides two types of dive accident insurance, depending on your diving experience and the length of your trip:
• Long-term DAN insurance is recommended for certified divers and those who dive regularly. This option provides annual coverage for divers who plan to dive throughout the year.
• Short-term DAN insurance is designed for holiday and first-time divers, including Discovery Scuba Diving experiences. This option provides temporary coverage for the duration of your trip.
